Boynton Beach's BEAUTIFUL newly renovated property! The Tropical Escape is located down an "old Florida" street surrounded by adorable bungalows. The unit has a fenced private patio and plenty of parking for boats, trailers or RVs! Your group will be close to beaches (3 miles), Lake Ida (3.5 miles), boating and the excitement of Delray's Atlantic Avenue (3 miles) when you stay at this centrally-located comfortable retreat.

The Tropical House has 2 adjacent apartments both are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. They have been newly renovated and furnished with tropical vibes. Perfect for Extended Stays- Come to vacation, work, or play!

The Space:
You’ll find all the comforts of home at the Tropical Escape. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. Starter coffee and tea are provided.

There is dedicated workspace and high-speed WIFI. The living area includes a Fire smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming apps.

The each of the 2 bedrooms have a KING memory foam mattress with plenty of pillows and clean white linens. Another sleeping area is the QUEEN memory foam pull out sofa located in the living room.

The bathroom has all the necessity; cozy towels, black makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you forget your own.

As an ADDED BONUS we provide beach towels for your trips to the beach. No need to pack these extra items in your suitcase!

The back patio is perfect for morning coffee listening to the birds or for closing out the night with a bottle of wine and quiet conversation. Also, enjoy the provided charcoal BBQ. Shared laundry is available in the garage for guest use (2 washer and dryers).

The Tropical Escape is perfect for a weekend visit or extended stays- The bright and airy furniture and décor will have you wanting to stay forever in sunny South Florida!

*PET INFORMATION- We do allow up to 2 well trained pets per unit. Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated which we can provide when the guest is not at home.
***There is a pet fee of $25/day per pet (capped at $150 per pet/month), to be adjusted after booking.

For SERVICE pets we require ADA documentation. All other types of service pets (ESA or therapy pets) we charge the $25 per day/pet fee.

ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH US IN ADVANCE. IF ANY UNREGISTERED PETS ARE FOUND ON PROPERTY YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A $500 FEE.
