Felt like we did not matter at all to the property. No AC, the little thing that makes a lot of noise in the room was supposed to be an AC. The television kept getting disconnected from their internet so it was not worth keeping on.

The room is nice, but some areas need some care, there were part of the walls had been damaged showing drywall. The pillows were the worst part of everything they were small and too soft, unless you folded them then they were hard as a rock. The food was a good but a little limited, I ate a slice of pizza and it was grate, so the next night I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was just ok nothing like the day before.

We had a nice stay at the resort. It was clean, tidy, and kid friendly. I would suggest using a descaler for the shower head in our room to improve the water pressure. Also the humidifier had a filter that needed changing. We checked out 2 days early and have not heard back in regards to our refund. I spoke to Zach at the concierge desk and he said he would email Expedia back regarding our refund. Thank you for the stay.

The steam & sauna wasn’t working properly. It took awhile for the steam room to come on. The jets in the hot tubs were not very strong. We couldn’t turn the heat down/off and the room got extremely hot overnight. It’s probably typical for this time of year but the dining options were slim to none.

Great stay. The hotel is a bit rundown and depending on which room you get, it may or may not be renovated. You cannot beat the location, though. Staff was also friendly. Very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed this resort but were a bit let down that the restaurant/bar were closed until June 1st. Why have most everything operational but not that. We felt like we did not get our monies worth since all amenities were NOT available and the price should have been much lower because of this.

We love this place because it's pet friendly. It definitely needs some updating! You can tell in the hallways and by the pool that things need to be renovated, but it's a great location. The pool was closed on a Saturday, which was kind of a bummer for us... parking is expensive!-

Pros outweigh cons at Beaver Run!

Quick trip to Breck to ski. No notice was give that peak 9 had closed earlier in the week so were disappointed to pay for ski in and not able to do so. preferred building 4 but was put in 2 with a lot of spring break people who were somewhat loud at times. hallway carpeting in buildings 2 and overall condition of our condo needed updates. Can’t beat the closeness to downtown shopping and eateries, as well as the shuttle service! Love the hot tubs and pools as well.
