With space to dine or work, a Tassimo coffee machine, and a large Smart TV, the apartment combines comfort with style. The enormous bed ensures a restful nightâs sleep, and other essentials, including a kettle, bar fridge, microwave, crockery, glassware, and cutlery, are provided for your convenience, and we also offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper â so please help yourself.
The dining table seats up to 2 guests, where you'll find the sociable and light living space set up with a Smart TV, making it a lovely spot for relaxing, enjoying drinks together, or catching up after a day out. If you prefer, you can simply unwind and stream your favourite shows with the free WiFi.
BATHROOM - The spacious bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a separate bath, sink, mirror and toilet. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen â and out of respect for our neighbours and the property â we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:
Smoking Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If youâd like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.
Noise To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours. Weâre not the anti-fun police â we want you to have a great time â we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good nightâs sleep!). Please note: If thereâs a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Pets - This is not a pet-friendly property. No Pets are allowed. Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a ÂŁ50 per hour fee. Before You Leave - Before heading off, weâd appreciate it if you could: Do any washing up Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins Return keys to the key safe Switch off all lights Make sure all windows are closed Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months) Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Age Policy The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, weâre unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If youâre unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.
A Quick Note on Deposits If any house rules arenât followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope thatâs never necessary!
