This hotel is my favourite stay in Brighton. It’s easy to drive to, parking is opposite. It’s almost built into the side of the station and walkable to everything you need. The hotel itself has helpful staff, is very modern, clean, friendly and comfortable. The price does fluctuate far too much for me which annoys me as a regular visitor and can quite easily go from £75-£200 for one night for the same offering. While i understand it - this difference is too high.

Hotel is conveniently located with a short 5 minutes walk from Brighton station and 10 minutes to Churchill square. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay there again on future visits to Brighton.

Room was very comfortable and clean, we booked as very central and right next to the train station and we were arriving late by train. only disappointment was the noise of the other guests shouting outside our room.

Freezing cold and I could not get the heating to work no matter how I tried. There was an instruction card by the thermostat but it was for a different make and model. I had to take many hot showers and it was the only way to stay warm. The foyer bar and dining room were also freezing. The breakfast was no linger worth having unless yiu wanted a full English. No fruit salad only melon, no yoghurt and berries - the berries had been substituted for muesli which I csn't eat. The meals,served in the restaurant were stone cold and as soon as I had eaten the fajitas I had to run for my room and threw up all night. So disappointed. It used to be great - no longer.

The thermostat would not allow us to adjust the temperature of the room so we had to have the window open, which meant station noise all night and very little sleep.

Large room, comfy beds and pillows. Let us check in early - bonus. Breakfast good for a chain with plenty of choice. Decor cool and all staff lovely. 5 mins from station - DO NOT go out the main entrance but the small one to the left. There is a small sign pointing out the hotel.
