The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a finished lower level with sleep sofa and cable T.V. The kitchen is fully appliance with granite counter tops, and there is an eat in dining room and living room area. The house also includes the amenities of an upscale home, trex deck 10 by 25 ft with barbecue grill and patio setup. Exotic Brazilian Cherry Wood floor on the first floor. Washer and Dryer to make your stay convenient . The is also air conditioning and ceiling fans to regulate air flow and temperatures.
This is a great location in the center of the Lakes region of New Hampshire. Newfound Lake is great for relaxing at the beach, swimming, snorkeling, boating, and fishing. The house is a 5 minute drive to Wellington State Park which has a public boat launch, public beach area, picnic area, and hiking trails. The area also has golf courses nearby and outlet shopping in Tilton about 20 minutes away. Lake Winnipesaukee, Weirs Beach and the town Meredith is only 15 minutes away. Waterville Valley, Kancamagus Highway, and the White mountains are all within an hour drive.
