Living in Floridian Paradise, Luxurious Heated Pool Home with over 2300 Square feet near the historic district in Brooksville/Spring Hill. Recently Renovated home boasts 4 generously sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master bathroom features walk in shower with Jacuzzi combo. Less than one hour from Tampa and one hour from Disney World, located close to multiple beaches and one of the most popular Floridian attractions Weeki-Wachees State Spring perfect for enjoying mermaid shows, kayaking and wildlife.
Short term stay Rate is based on 4 guests Each additional guests require additional charge per person per night regardless of not exceeding maximum occupancy. Additional guest charges outside of confirmed reservation will doubled.Reservations rate 30 days or more is basedon two guests.Pool heating electricity $35 per day.We do not have outside hot tub we have only inside hot tub jacuzzi in the master bathroom.Heating pool requires additional charge.
ID Required 24 hours prior to check in. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

Getting around
Our home is located right near Suncoast pkwy If you need anything during your stay you are only 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with restaurants grocery stores,pizzerias, bars, AutoZone and just about everything you could ever need. Plaza also features shopping mall.Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is an hour drive away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 miles from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides .Absolutely no smoking in the house. $500 fine for smoking inside the house. Long term guests rate for 30 nights and longer is based on two guests also additional cleaning fee off $200 will be added.

Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. No events party or gathering allowed with out of owners approval.

Jacob and Maria are amazing hosts! We have stayed at the house twice and absolutely loved it both times! The entire house was perfectly prepared for a relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The house was even more stunning in person. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the thoughtful touch of snacks and toiletries that were left out for us—it really made a difference after a long trip. And of course, the pool was absolutely perfect! It was clean, relaxing, and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting.

Fantastic! Highly recommend!

The only thing we had to unpack was clothes! This home was fully stocked EVERYWHERE! The heated pool was amazing for the whole family from the adults to the 6 year old and 15 year old! We highly recommend this home. Target, Walmart, and Publix nearby.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We spent our spring break here. We had two families, each with children. Everything was perfect. The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. They even had two cribs to accommodate my twin 7 month olds. We are from the cold north so we loved spending time in the sun by the pool. The home is well stocked with everything you could need, dishes, appliances (big and small), toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries, spices, etc. All we had to buy was our food for the week. We had great communication with the host. Check in and out was very easy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Other reviews had mentioned the highway behind the house being loud. We didn’t really notice it. There are a lot of great things to do in the area but we mostly enjoyed spending time at the house. We were very satisfied with our stay. We have family who lives in the area so we will definitely be back.

Girls’ trip

Spring break trip with my college-aged daughters and one of their friends. Communication from the owner was great. The house was the perfect size, kitchen had everything we could have needed, and the owners left a lot of personal touches for us! The pool and backyard area were amazing! We were very glad we heated the pool - we spent a lot of time in the pool! We loved all the lighting, beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were a great size. Would definitely stay here again!

Empathetic and Caring

They were very considerate of our travel. We were visiting family briefly after hearing about some health issues of my grandfather. Usually I’d have to stress with a lot of new things and transitions for our son with autism. But the host was very empathetic of my kids and the pool helped give him sensory play and regulation.we have already discussed staying again in the future when we come back down!

This home is gorgeous! The host has thought of everything. Communication was fantastic. Excellent location, beautiful neighborhood. Close to shops and activities. The pool and patio were the centerpiece of our stay. The bicycles & grill were a huge plus. Family had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.

Great communication

We found this house after our original rental had damage from Hurricane Helene. 4 adults and 1 child stayed here- plenty of space! The toddler loved the pool (recommend paying for the heat!) Jacob was such a great host. I was worried about childproof locks on the sliding doors to the pool. He ordered a door alarm right away and we were able to install that the next day. Jacob called me to tell me that the Tampa airport would be closing the day we were supposed to fly out due to hurricane Milton

Spacious home in Brooksville

Our host was responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. We were well-provided for, as there was an abundance of supplies and linens. Just a heads-up for others that have mobility limitations: We had accessibility issues with getting in and out of both showers. This home has a lot of character, as well as plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Thank you for an unforgettable experience for our family!

DREAM VACATION

The pictures of this amazing vacation rental don't do it justice. All the beds are super comfortable. The rain shower head in the Master Bath gave that spa feel to every shower. The jacuzzi tub brougth relief to sore muscles after a kayaking trip and the pool was perfect regardless of what time of day or night we used it. The kitched was the most fully equipped that I have ever experienced. All the cookware was in excellent shape, the non-stick wasn't scrathed up and the pantry was so well equipped that we didn't have to purchase anything except the meat & veggies for the meals that we cooked. This rental and it's host are worthy of much more than a 5 Star review. I can't wait to come back with my family. Quick responses to any question I had and the welcom basked was an extra nice touch. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

Glamorous home

Fully decorated home with about anything needed. Hot tub advertised is large tub in master bath. Only downside for 4 guys was only 2 bathrooms one of which was in the master bathroom. Kitchen plus the pantry had about everything. Located about 15 minutes from any major commercial businesses. Host was great.
