The location was good. The communication with the host has not been good. There were hairs on sheets, bed spreads, towels and the freezer. I had to change the sheets prior to sleeping in the bed. We didn’t get WiFi code and the master bedroom door was broken and was sticky when shut. I communicated to the host via message in VRBO and text and got no response. One of the guests is allergic to cats and had a reaction from the hair on the bed. Have stayed in much cleaner and more comfortable homes in this area for much less. Also fees weren’t paid through VRBO and I had to pay via an emailed invoice from the host. Our family makes frequent trips to Caldwell and we will make sure none of our family/friends stay in any homes hosted by this company. The description says Luxe but there is nothing Luxe about this place - the shower curtain doesn’t even fit the shower.
