From the moment you walk in, the gem-toned interiors set the mood—elevated, elegant, and intimate. Antique woodwork, oversized historic doors with transom windows, natural-look floors, plush rugs, and mood lighting from starburst chandeliers invite you to slow down and settle in.

You’ll sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed with crisp white linens and room-darkening shades in the bedroom. In the living room, two oversized windows frame sweeping sunset views of the Ohio River and riverside park—a perfect perch to watch birds overhead or ducks gliding below. The town winds down early, so nights here are wonderfully quiet.

There are multiple cozy places to read or relax, and the kitchen table makes a great spot for a board game, a casual meal, or remote work. Whether you’re curling up by the electric fireplace wall, streaming a movie, or enjoying a book from the curated collection, every part of the space is designed to inspire comfort and ease.

Essential House Rules:
* Use of the bicycles located on the property at your own risk. We assume zero liability.
* Please respect our neighbors by refraining from parties, loud music, and keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the home.
* The toilet plumbing is delicate; please flush toilet paper only.
* No pets or animals allowed in the unit.
* Any damage to the property or its fixtures will be the responsibility of the guest.
* All items within the unit should remain in the unit; charges will apply for any missing or stolen items.
* The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed-upon limit.
* Misplaced keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee.
* Please leave the property in the condition you found it; additional fees may apply for excessive mess.
* Please respect the external security cameras and wi-fi and do not interfere with them.
* Check-out time is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee.
