Enchanting town house in Campanet, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains. It has a private pool and a terrace and offers accommodation to 6 guests.
This charming town house surprises with a stone-lined patio where you'll find the private salt water pool. The 5m x 2m sized pool has a depth ranging from 0.3m to 1.5m and is surrounded by a furnished terrace which is perfect for a barbecue. There's an exterior shower, perfect for showering before and after swimming. The sun terrace on the first floor offers four loungers - a heavenly place to spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun! The plot is fenced and, as this house is in the town, there are next-door neighbours.

This house offers accommodation on two floors and 120m2 and has been totally renovated at the beginning of 2017. The rooms' decoration is very Mediterranean but includes lots of details of the former, Majorcan style like the wooden beams or walls made of natural stone. The nice living room provides you with a TV (satellite channels only in German and Spanish), A/C and a comfortable sofa. The dining area is open to the kitchen where you'll find a vitro hob, dishwasher, kitchenware, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom on the ground floor comes with a double bed. It has no window, but is very cozy. A shower bathroom is available on the ground floor.

The first floor comprises two twin bedrooms with access to the terrace. One comes with a private shower bath. If you travel with a baby, we supply a cot and a high chair. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Set in the village of Campanet, this place is just perfect for a holiday away from mass tourism. If you like meeting local people, being in touch with nature and living in a small town - don't think about it, come and visit us! Tuesday is market day and you could buy fresh and local groceries on the main square, chat with the locals, have some tapas and beers. Campanet provides you with a small grocery shop, a bank, bars and restaurants serving Majorcan cuisine. As the mountains are quite close, you can cycle and hike, exploring the beautiful surroundings. Supermarkets and more services can be found in Sa Pobla or in the coastal towns like Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia - at the same time two wonderful spots for spending a day on the beach.

The property was beautiful and clean. Location was amazing, very quiet. The pool was very cold and you couldn’t use both showers at the same time otherwise the water gets cold but otherwise, the stay was amazing and the check in and check out was seamless

The owner was helpful and thorough at check in despite the language difference, and promptly came back to put up additional shade in the courtyard when asked as our young daughter needed some additional space out of the bright sunshine to eat and play. The location of Campanet is excellent for exploring the island and for staying at home. We would love to return, thank you.

We had an excellent stay in the house. After check-in we got a lemon cake and a bottle champagne. Host didn‘t speak English but communication was possible. There is nice decoration in the house and the kitchen has everything you need. Unfortunately the toilet and shower a separated by clean glass from the main bedroom, which lead to interesting moments ?. Luckily there is another bathroom downstairs. We would go there again.

Correct ! Mais je n’y retournerai pas et ne recommanderai pas ce lieu à des amis...

Jolie maison ancienne restaurée sans trop de goût (à mon goût !), parfaitement équipée et propre mais décoration sans charme ! Literie très bas de gamme en mousse avec alèses en plastique qui fait bien suer ! Draps du même acabit rendant les nuits inconfortables ! Importantes infiltrations d’eau du toit terrasse de la cuisine, il faut dire que notre semaine fut orageuse, pas de chance ! Un bémol encore pour la société gérant ce bien, communiquant beaucoup pour se faire payer, puis plus rien pour ce qui concerne l’accueil (pas de numéro de téléphone à disposition ni avant ni pendant notre séjour) bref service moyen ! Je retournerai à Majorque avec certitude mais pas dans ce lieu !

Sehr freundlicher Empfang des Besitzers. Absolut ruhige Lage und extrem sauberes Haus mit toller Küchenausstattung für Selbstkocher. Als das Wifi ausstieg, telefonierten wir am Morgen mit Homerti und am Nachmittag hat der Besitzer bereits einen Techniker aufgeboten, welcher das Problem löste. GENIAL!!!

Communication with Homerti and check in went really easily. Can Diana is a beautiful, thoughtful home with everything we needed. The location is fantastic for exploring the island too. We had a car and didn’t have any problems getting parked close to home. I would stay again :)

The pool was welcome respite in the glorious hot weather! Friendly locals, beautiful countryside and attentive host!

Perfect location away from hustle and bustle of major tourist towns

Nestled in a beautiful little town at the foot of the hills. Perfect for our cycling holiday and hosted 4 adults comfortably, with a nice space to relax by the pool. Property was very clean, communication very quick, and they even sorted a new kettle out on the day we reported it wasn't working! Limited on-street parking available nearby and can be a bit of a walk if you miss out on a space, but Campanet is a lovely little town equipped with everything you need for a quiet stay in Majorca

Sehr schönes Haus und niedliches Bergdorf. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Minipool und der Innenhof laden zum Grillen ein und oben auf der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf Olivenbäume, perfekt für unsere Yogasessions. Einzig negative Punkte: Die Besitzerin spricht kein Wort Englisch, dafür antworten einem andere Personen über Airbnb als Vermittler. Beim Checkin konnten wir uns mit der Besitzerin gar nicht austauschen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Hauptsache wir sind reingekommen. ;-) Die Betten in der oberen Etage bestehen aus 2 Einzelbetten, die zusammen geschoben werden. Daher landet man öfter mal nachts in der Ritze, sofern man als Paar anreist. Generell waren die Betten aber bequem und unten im Schlafzimmer steht auch ein richtiges Doppelbett. Am Samstag hat ein eifriger Nachbar ein bisschen Baulärm morgens verbreitet, das hat etwas genervt aber erträglich, da es sich nicht über alle Tage gezogen hat. Insgesamt war es ein ruhiger schöner Ort abseits vom Massentourismus. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit freundlichem Personal und einer zuckersüßen Katze! Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
