There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings. The one-storey house counts with a spacious living area where you can spend your time reading a good book, watching satellite television or just take a nap. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen. The dining area is located in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob. Here you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms. The house is only 3.5 km from the closest village, Campanet, and 6 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. Also, you have to visit the caves of Campanet. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops.
