Charming 2-bedroom townhouse in Campanet with garden

Charming village house, with homely decoration and beautiful views of the mountains. It is located in the centre of the pretty village of Campanet, in a very charming area.



The house, with a lot of light, has a spacious entrance and a nice living room with a comfortable sofa, television and ceiling fan. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and the other with two single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen, independent and induction, has been recently refurbished, and is fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fireplace and two coffee machines, one filter and the other Nespresso. And right next to it is a large wooden table and chairs.



At the back of the house, there is a nice little garden with a jacuzzi, two sun loungers and a parasol, and a covered terrace area with table and chairs, to enjoy summer lunches and dinners. There is also a laundry room. Upstairs, via the garden stairs, there is a fabulous terrace which can also be accessed from the double bedroom, with a small chill-out area and barbecue, as well as a yoga mat, pilates ring and rowing machine.



Importat information: the jacuzzi is available for use at no cost from April 15th to October 15th. Between October 16th and April 14th, jacuzzi use is available upon request at least 2 days prior to arrival and carries an additional cost of €10 per day. According to the thermostat, the water can be heated up to 40ºC, although the perceived temperature will always feel a few degrees lower. To keep the jacuzzi warm, please cover it with the thermal cover whenever it is not in use. A bathrobe and slippers will be provided per person.
