Step into this private, charming and spacious home located on a cul-de-sac.  The main level of the house features an open concept kitchen, dining table with ample seating and living area with an electric fireplace to add to the cozy atmosphere in the winter or on cool nights.  From the living room, two sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and provide easy access to the outdoors and access to a wrap-around deck with a dining table that seats 12 and two grills (one propane and one charcoal). As you relax on the deck, you can listen to the brook that runs along the back and side of the shady yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals, including a gas stove and a dishwasher.

Down the hallway, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a  king bed and smart TVs—perfect for restful nights after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.  There is also a bathroom on this level with a tub/shower, which is accessible from the hallway. Upstairs, you'll discover a third bedroom with another king bed, and a fourth bedroom that’s perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) with a trundle and an additional twin bed.  An upstairs bathroom adds convenience for couples or families.

The fun continues downstairs in the game room, equipped with an air hockey table and a classic Pac-Man arcade game—perfect for game nights! There's also a cozy sitting area with a Smart TV and couch, offering a great space to relax after a day of adventure.

Included with your stay: One complimentary pass to the Waterville Estates Recreation Center. Additional guest passes are available for a fee. The center features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness room, game room, library, and even a pub—providing something for everyone to enjoy year-round.
