Room was well appointed and in very good condition. We enjoyed the balcony. Never was able to get the fireplace to come in but it was pretty anyway. Very nice shower with body jet system.

The hotel was responsive on accessibility requests and even had a special surprise in the room, as I had noted there was a birthday being celebrated. Not the same experience saying at the falcon as we had last year. Bed was horrible. Bedding had an extreme amount of pilling. Most staff were good. Staff member that we had upon arrival was not very polite. Seemed to be treating us poorly based solely on the fact that we booked through Expedia and didn’t call and book direct with hotel. Main hot tub was out of service on last night due to maintenance dosing with way too much chlorine. Second hottub was not hot at all. And full of grit on the seats (possibly salt transfer for the concrete pad surrounding tub). Overall not what we expected based on last years stay. Most likely looking to book at a different hotel next time.
