Koblegarde's Beach House - Cannon Beach Property Mgmt

Koblegarde's Beach House is a cozy, multi-level contemporary home tucked into the quiet Tolovana end of Cannon Beach, a short walk to the beach, the Sea Level bakery, and Surfcrest market.


The first level of this home conveniently provides 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an ample laundry room. One bedroom, located in the finished garage, provides two Queen sized beds, a T.V. and DVD player. The other bedroom has a King sized bed as well as its own T.V. and DVD player. Both bedrooms flow into the private bathroom and conjoined laundry room from either side. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and the laundry area has a full sized washer and dryer.


Upstairs, the open floor plan invites a relaxing evening in front of the stoned hearth and gas fireplace, while others can either gather around the dining booth, or prepare meals in a well-stocked and roomy kitchen. The spacious island counter also provides additional bar-stool seating.


The upstairs bedroom flows off of the dining area and provides a Queen sized bed. A second bathroom with a tiled and glass walk-in shower is accessible from either the bedroom or the family room.


Located on the west side of Hemlock, the beach is only a block away with easy access. You are sure to create special memories while staying at Koblegarde's Beach House.


Accommodates 6 maximum; no pets; no smoking; parking for 2 vehicles.

2 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.

Location was perfect, rooms were nice and clean. Not very well stocked. Zero shampoo and conditioner (which I feel like is almost expected now), I had to drain the last bit of detergent to do a load of laundry. They had 3 TVs which was nice but they weren’t smart TVs so you couldn’t sign in to any streaming service. They provide a blue ray player but they had zero blue rays to play. If this was 10 years ago and you could easily go to red box and rent something it wouldn’t be a big deal but now of days it seems pretty lame. My experience may have been tainted because I came straight from an excellent rental that had everything you could want. This was not that but overall had a good stay. Would consider staying again but would also look at what else was available.

The house was great and the kitchen was well supplied. The downstairs shower was not draining well and there were some ants on the counter by the stove. We only noticed them after the stove was turned on. Great location as far as getting to the beach. It is right off of Hemlock which can be busy, especially during the summer. It may not be super safe for young kids.

Our stay at this location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to see the ocean was a very short walk just at the end of the short road. You can see the ocean from the driveway. It was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed at. A major plus for our family. The grocery store was within walking distance. Would recommend booking here!

It's a great location with off street parking for 2 vehicles. And just a short walk (one block) to the beach and down several stairs, couldn't be easier. Not far from Haystack Rock. The house was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We ate most meals in and found everything we needed. And it's just a few minutes away from the 101 for sightseeing, shopping or whatever.

Super easy check in and check out. Kitchen and family room super cozy. The layout on the main floor was a little cramped (immediately have to go upstairs or into bedroom.) The room with the double beds is literally a garage (still working). It was a quick 3 night trip and location to the beach was great. Too far to walk into town so you have to get to town early to find parking if you plan to do some shopping.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The house was lovely and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and to make meals. The neighborhood is beautiful and it is a very short walk to the beach. We saw bunnies every day and there were even some elk visiting our neighborhood. The only downside is that the house borders a fairly busy road, so you do get noise from the traffic. Because of that, it was not ideal to sit on the porch to enjoy coffee, or a cocktail (which may be why there are no comfy chairs on the porch). If that is not a big deal for you, then I would strongly recommend this rental. Everything else was fantastic.

Perfect location. Very nice accomodations

This was an easy walk to the beach and the house was perfect for us. Very neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace where we enjoyed chatting with a glass of wine. I would love to stay there again if I go back to Cannon Beach.

Lovely Beach House

Excellent location where you can walk to the beach. A great kitchen w/ big table and couch, plus a bedroom/bath upstairs. Downstairs is bedroom w/ comfy king bed and bath. plus the garage has been changed to a bedroom tha sleeps 3 more. Easy to hang out in this house!
