Overall an excellent experience, but the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, unlike the hotel write up. All staff we met were very helpful and kind. Beware that their keycards are very susceptible to being wiped out by any electronics. My husband put his keycard next to his phone and it was useless. The staff was very good about fixing the problem, but it was most inconvenient when we were tired and had to go back to the front desk for a new keycard.

Pretty good

We spent one night at those hotel. The pet area was nice. We brought our small dog with us. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The only issue we had was with the noise. The wall seemed paper thin. We could easily hear the occupants of the room next to us.

The property was conveniently located to 575, shopping and good choices for dining. Check-in/out staff were pleasant. The heated indoor pool was a nice feature and was clean. The room we stayed in could use painting (walks scraped and not clean looking. It could also use updating. Everything seemed old and well used from carpet to sink tub and furnishings.
