A cosy villa with a private pool, ideally located in Cala Mesquida, with capacity for up to 12 guests.

Cala Mesquida, a picturesque cove near Capdepera on the east coast of Mallorca, is known for its pristine waters and fine sandy beaches, popular among locals and visitors. Nearby facilities include a variety of restaurants, bars and a renowned golf course, making this area the perfect place for both beach days and relaxed outings.



Villa Features:

"Camomila" has 6 spacious rooms, offering space and comfort. One room includes a double bed, while the other five have single beds. Four of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, totalling 5 bathrooms in the villa. Three bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, one with a shower, and the main bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower.



The villa includes two fully equipped kitchens, which provides comfort and flexibility for easily preparing meals. Guests can also relax in the bright and comfortable living room, which includes satellite TV and other modern equipment.



Outdoor Living:

The furnished terrace of the property is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or a barbecue. Guests can take a dip in the beautiful pool, relax on sun loungers and enjoy the stunning sea views.

All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

A refundable deposit is charged.

Central heating: 30€/day (only available in winter season).

Parties are not allowed.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
