Wearrived lateat night. Hotel staff excellant really friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely.Took my husband to garage to park then returned and csrreied all our luggage upstairs for us. Would definately stay again.

Everything about this hotel is unique: it is in anyway perfect. Very experienced this before: Amidst the hustle and bustle and noise of the town, this hotel, only a few steps away from it, is an oasis of calm and quiet. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and helpful in every which way: ideas and how to realize them, conversations and explanations. The cleaning and kitchen crew friendly and helpful. It was for me an amazing experience. This is definitely a 5 star hotel. My junior suite was charmingly decorated, bathroom large and the shower a dream. Thank you Marc and Manuel for the relentless advice and what to do and how to do it, thank you William, the owner for everything you provide to make this time unforgettable.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alte Bauernhof, die Zimmer sind alle einzigartig gestaltet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass selbst im Standardzimmer WC und Bad getrennt sind. Das Frühstück wird bei gutem Wetter im Märchengarten serviert, sonst im blauen Salon. Wir wurden gut umsorgt und können das Set Rotges weiterempfehlen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Son Moll entfernt, zur Promenade mit den vielen Bars und Restaurants ist es nur ein Katzensprung.

Wunderschönes Hotel, was schon länger am Platz ist. So langsam müsste man an der ein oder anderen Stelle investieren. Aber es ist immernoch ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Charakter und Geschichte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Dejligt hotel i spansk parador-stil. Ligger i et roligt område af Cala Ratjada 5 minutters gang fra Son Moll stranden. Der er ikke pool eller balkon med bord og stole, men det savner man ikke. Super personale der hjælper med stort og småt.

Bereits als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr nett im Hotel empfangen. Man fragte uns ob man uns die Koffer ins Zimmer tragen dürfe. Da wir nicht zur Straße hin schlafen wollten haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Zimmer zum Hof bekommen . Der Eigentümer des Hotels zeigte uns unser Zimmer und erklärte uns die Klimaanlage. Ein kostenfreies Wasser stand auf dem Zimmer für uns bereit . Die Aussicht auf den Innenhof war einfach nur traumhaft . Am nächsten Tag nutzen wir das Frühstücksangebot im wunderschön begrünten Innenhof.Es war sehr lecker und reichhaltig sowie qualitativ hochwertig . Getränke wie Kaffee, Wasser etc. sind inklusive. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Für 10 € über den gesamten Zeitraum haben wir jeden Tag neue Strandhandtücher in einem Korb bekommen. Ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz stand uns ebenfalls für 5 € am Tag zur Verfügung . Wenn man Glück hatte konnte man an der Straße parken. Es ist alles sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Service in dem Hotel ist einzigartig und liebevoll . Jede Servicekraft war super freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht dass es uns gut ging. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Es ist kein Hotel für Kinder, da es keinen Pool oder einen Spielplatz gibt. Hier findet man als Erwachsener seine Ruhe und darf einfach mal abschalten.

Lovely stay

Fantastic hotel. Warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Shown our room which was lovely, spaceous and clean. Hotel has an old fashioned feel, but wonderful, decorated with period furnishings and paintings, rather than modern. Bed comfortable, separate toilet and bathroom, good shower, complimentary toiletries. Free wifi. Lovely grounds and seating area. In the morning breakfast is served to you rather than buffet style. Good choice of food available. Tables are set out ready in the morning. There is a private car park a few yards down the road, there is a small charge. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from the sea, shops and restaurants. Area is very quiet (we stayed in May). Can thoroughly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Situado en zona tranquila y muy cerca del paseo marítimo,restaurantes, tiendas... El personal muy amable y el alojamiento muy agradable. Nada que ver con grandes hoteles masificados de gente. Fácil aparcar fuera gratis y si no tienen parking de pago. La WiFi no funcionaba bien. Y el restaurante sólo abría algunos días a la semana. No sé si porque es temporada baja.
