The imposing vacation villa "Lumb" offers an in-house access to the bay "Cala Gat" in "Cala Ratjada" and a 1.500 m² large plot. Within a minute you can reach the sea on foot and cool off in the crystal clear water. The villa has a large entrance hall with chandelier, a living and dining area with sea views and fireplace for cozy evenings, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room and dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating for the cooler season.

From your private open terrace with breakfast table as well as balcony, you will enjoy a unique panoramic view of the sea. Your private outdoor area also includes a swimming pool, a garden and a BBQ grill where you can prepare delicious meals in the evening. Enjoy your time outdoors, lazing in the sun, taking advantage of the short walk to the sea or jumping into the pool for a refreshing dip. There are no limits to your imagination here.

Due to the convenient, quiet location, you can reach the center of "Cala Ratjada", which is one kilometer away, either comfortably on foot (13 minutes) or comfortably by car (3 minutes). There you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as shopping facilities. Stroll along the promenade and enjoy a sundowner overlooking the sea. A really lovely house with the most amazing view. A pool like a Hockney watercolour and a semi private beach. Large, comfortable rooms and excellent equipment (such a joy to have really sharp knives in the kitchen!). A 5 minute walk to Cala Gat beach and a 15 minute stroll to Cala Radatja. Enrique was charming and helpful.

Urlaub mit Traumaussicht

Pros: Die Lage der Villa ist ein Traum, mit dem Blick auf das türkise Wasser ausgiebig zu frühstücken ist genial. Auch bei höheren Temperaturen ist der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse durch den Naturschatten angenehm. Über die nahegelegene Prommenade kann man morgens mit Meerblick Brötchen holen oder am Abend ohne Probleme Restaurants im Ort erreichen. Die nahe gelegene Bucht Cala Gat mit einer Strandbar ist sehr schön, nur durch ihre geringe Größe schnell voll. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die direkt nebenan wohnen ist total unkompliziert und auch im Vorfeld wird prompt geantwortet. Die beiden sind sehr zuvorkommend und kamen unseren Wünschen der früheren Anreise und späteren Abreise ohne zu zögern entgegen. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher in allen Größen vorhanden, so dass man sich damit nicht abschleppen muss. Zur Begrüßung war zusätzlich zu ein paar Flaschen Wasser auch eine Flasche Champagner im Kühlschrank, dass hatten wir auch noch nicht. Cons: Grundsätzlich ist es durch die direkte Meerlage sehr feucht und selbst bei warmen Tagen trocken die Sachen nur in der Sonne. Selbst im Schrank werden die Sachen klamm. Dieses haben wir durch ständiges Lüften, wir haben die Fenster und Türen immer nur durch die Läden geschlossen, versucht zu verhindern. Von den Vermietern kam noch der Tipp die Schränke offen zu lassen. In der Küche lässt es sich nicht verhindern Besuch von kleinen roten Armeisen zu bekommen. Auch wenn man versucht immer gleich alles sauber zu machen, die kleinen Kerlchen finden immer einen Grund und einen Weg, selbst in die Brottüten sind die gekommen, der Kühlschrank ist aber armeisenfreie Zone😉. Es gibt WLAN, was aber vor den Schlafzimmern halt macht, ob man das gut findet oder nicht sei jedem selber überlassen😉. In einem Bad war die Abdeckplatte der eingemauerten Toilettenspülung nicht vorhanden, so dass man quasi durch das Loch in der Wand die Spühlung betätigen musste. Dies wird aber sicher bald behoben.
