This oceanfront condo, is located on the 5th floor in Canaveral Towers, the balcony is spacious with a bistro bar table and high top chairs. Perfect for lunch, dinner or simply having your favorite beverage while relaxing. The open kitchen offers everything you'll need to feel right at home with plenty of counter space for meal prep.

You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use or you can check out additional putters and balls from the recreation room. You can also get shuffleboard equipment. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach. Condo also offers a ton of beach and pool toys.

If you are in town for a launch, the front walkway is perfect to watch a liftoff.

We've been staying at VRBO's over the winter for the past 5 years and this has been the best yet! It has the views, the location, lots of room, a well stocked kitchen and a great host. And the price! Great location close to cruise ships and other activities at the marina. Very nice beach view and great pool. There was a large palmetto bug in the living room, typical of Florida, but that was the only bug we seen.unit was well stocked as far as kitchen and bath towels. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this unit and VRBO as a whole.

Clean, kitchen well enough stocked. Very quiet, great views. Towels were nice - bedding could have been better. Showers were very nice as well. Only 1 elevator working ! Pool warm enough even in January!
