Summer family fun! Oceanfront & Ground floor with all beach gear included!

Thank you for taking the time to read about our condo we named “Endless Summer”. It has been our beach retreat (even though we live close by) for 7 years, also sharing it with others! We rent short term exclusively through VRBO and also have a long term renter who enjoys the condo 3 months out of the year (reason why you will not see reviews February-April). I am onsite prior to every new reservation (reviewing and inspecting) making sure your stay is flawless! I also offer to do your grocery shopping for you (please confirm availability) and load into the condo refrigerator/cupboards for a small fee
 wouldn’t that be great to just walk in and start your vacation! I am also a quick call/text away for any concern or question, so just let me know!

*Our first floor 800 square foot unit sleeps 6 IN BEDS.
*full size murphy bed in living room
*queen size bed with memory foam topper in master bedroom.
* twin daybed with twin trundle sunroom
* 43” TV in bedroom and living room. Cable/HBO provided (Please sign in to your own account). *Pack n play and small high chair available in walk through closet.
* Toy box for kiddos with a variety of fun. *The spa like bathroom is accessible from the main living area or master bedroom allowing for privacy.
* The walk in shower is tiled to allow for roll in ease of use with heavy duty grab bars
* Separate bathtub (heavy duty grab bars)
* Separate sink and vanity area with many drawers and hairdryer.
*Meals can be easily prepared for a party of 6 on granite countertops with flatware, Corelle dishes, outdoor plates, plastic dishes/cups for kids, cookware, crockpot, and a variety of cookie sheets, pizza and muffin pans.
*All appliances are stainless steel, full sized, including toaster oven, 12 cup thermos style coffee maker, and Keurig
* Samsung large capacity front load washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.
*The outdoor patio has four teak chairs with cushions and coffee table along with a storage container with all beach gear
* Two gated, private boardwalks to the beach are within feet of your front door.
*Beach/pool towels, 2 large boogie board, small cooler and plenty of sand toys provided in the storage bin
*The grounds of Royal Mansions is well maintained, located on a dead end street surrounded by live oaks and no thru traffic.
*Wild peacocks are frequently seen in the surrounding area.
* Jetty Park (1.5 miles)
* Cocoa Beach Pier (2.3 mile).
* Cruise Terminals (1.7 mile). *Old Town Cocoa Village (11 miles)
*Kennedy Space Center (13 miles)
*Free onsite parking with security fencing and code specific gate for entry into parking area. Please no trailers, motorcycles or campers per HOA regulations.
*Wide, sandy beaches during all tide changes allow for great cycling or walking.
*Multiple charcoal grilling areas on property (I do not supply charcoal or lighter).

Walking distance to beach

Loved that the pool area and hot tube was going right outside our door and the beach was steps away! The host responded quickly and everything that you need is provided! I couldn't say enough good things about this amazing place!

Amazing Beach Condo!

Everything about this condo was amazing. The listing was accurate and every detail was thought of and taken care of. It was wonderful to drive right from the airport and have cold water and snacks. There are ample beach and bath towels and plenty of hooks to dry them. The place was spotless! Awesome beach gear and a short walk to the beach. Port Canaveral minutes away. Mcdonalds is about a mile away. The pier is easy to get to. We had planned to go to Kennedy Space Center on our full day here but the condo and beach were so nice we decided to save that for next time and just enjoy the pool and ocean. We will definitely be back and stay here on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Run, don't walk, to this ADORABLE condo!

This condo is exactly as described. It is cute, cozy, and, besides being right on the beach, includes so many other awesome amenities!The beds are comfortable & the coffee k-cups are stocked. It includes literally everything you need for the beach and the pool (which is also outside your door!) - chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, & beach bag. The new, full-size washer & dryer was also an incredible bonus.The communication with the owner was top notch. Gretchen texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory and even extended our checkout time as much as possible without an additional fee. This was the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in due in large part to all of the "little things" she does ahead of time. We will be back to Cocoa Beach & we will stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Very nice condo right on the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were only there for a few days for a wedding, but I wish I would have booked a couple extra to have more time there to relax. I have it saved on my list in case we have a future visit out that way!

This was such a wonderful experience!! I absolutely loved everything about it. The condo was super clean and adorable. My boys were ready to move in! Overnight stay to await cruise

We stayed overnight to be able to be at cruise port early. Condo was great! We were able to walk straight out to beach and there was beach gear in the condo! Made a perfect short stay! Everything was clean and comfortable, communication with property management was very convenient. We’ve already discussed coming back to stay a week and enjoy cocoa beach!

Adorable Condo right on the beach

Perfect place for our family vacation. The kids loved the trundle bed and the Murphy bed. The location was great! Of all the activities we did our favorite was the airboat tour and seeing alligators!

Royal Mansion getaway staycation

What a find! We live 40 minutes NW of the cape and were looking for a quick getaway before the holiday chaos, and don't like hotels...this place was a fantastic find...we will definitely be back. Although it sleeps up to 6 comfortably, it was perfect for just the two of us. The hot tub was so relaxing and we spent half the day on the beach fishing. Beautiful view of the cruise ships coming and going, SpaceX drone ship with the booster coming in, and if there's a launch, you have a great view! Everything was easy to find, no issues with the condo at all...Parking and beach access were on point. If you're lucky enough to book it, enjoy it! Also, go South on Atlantic Ave to Joanne's Beachside Cafe for any meal - they will blow your mind! Thank you Gretchen!!

Can't wait to return

From the initial booking process to the departure out stay was excellent. The condo was just as described and even has a few extra's that weren't mentioned. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The access to the beach made for a wonderful early morning and late-night walks. Even though the pool is next to the front door, we never heard a thing. We are already planning for our next stay there.
