Spring Break 2024

Lovely property. Easy check-in access. Nice location. Close to a Publix. Pool was awesome. Kids wanted to be in there all the time. Traffic to and from rental (to beaches, Sanibel, mini golf, baseball stadium, etc
 ) consumed a lot of in the car time.

We enjoyed our stay. kids enjoyed the pool. House has a very welcoming feeling. Grocery store within a mile from house. Shower door in main bathroom does not stay closed slides open need to put a wash cloth in between doors to keep it closed, supply more paper products (toilet paper, Paper towels) would have been nice. We cleaned and except for towels and bedding house was left as no one stayed there. Thank you.

Had to message owner less than 24 hours prior to check in to get address. When we arrived the code did not work for the lock. Messaged owner and she was very responsive and her son arrived in about 10 minutes. He also was unable to get in and then when to get garage door opener which also did not work. Went shopping while son waited for locksmith and then when we returned son was gone but still not able to get into the house with the 10 digit code. Was finally able to get into the house and son arrived and show me how to operate the lock. There was no light in the entry way which made getting into the house with such a large code difficult. Kitchen only had one kitchen towel and no steak knives. The pots and pans where teflon coated and the outside of them looked pretty bad. Luckily we did not eat in alot as there was only one spare trash bag. There were no pool towels but lots of bath towels. It would have been nice to have bureaus to unpack in. The pool circulator did not run for very long so the steps got a little slippery. House was clean but area around pool was a little dirty in spots with lots of cobwebs. My comments are for improvement suggestions only as we did enjoy the location and the house.

Month long stay

After the first 3 days of trying to get plumbing and electrical issues solved, the owners did step in and resolved. The additional lights that the owners installed in the pool area were great, we spent most of our time outside. The house is spacious and fit our needs. Pool maintenance was not the best, pool maintenance company didn't keep the water level high enough for the heater to work constantly.

All in all this was a wonderful place to stay. Was in a quite neighborhood and had a great pool in the back yard. Plenty of space for 5 kids to enjoy the down time during the vacation.

We had a great time . The littles loved the pool . The outside area is very comfortable for a relaxing day . Liked the 2 living room spaces so kids and adults both had their space . Nice neighborhood. Stores nearby were a plus .

Clean home with plenty of space, quiet neighborhood. The patio/pool area was very enjoyable. The home was very comfortable. The pool was nice. We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Amazing clean home!

Thank you fir a great home to stay in. Yout heated pool was used every day. We were close to many beaches. We have plenty of room for our family of 8. The 2 living areas were fantastic as well as the outdoor living area. We would love to stay again!!

Pool/Pool deck in bad condition

Rented this property for 2 reasons, to be close to family during our visit, and that it had a pool so we could entertain our grandkids. Arrived, and immediately noticed that the pool liner was loose and floating on top of the pool. Contacted the owner/manager who said that the previous renter had caused this, and that the pool was still OK to swim in. Our 2nd day there we observed that the pool filtration pump was not running, and that a layer of sediment was forming on the bottom of the pool. Again, we contacted the owner/manager, who said that the pool company that maintained the pool would check it out on Monday morning, 3 days out. When the pool company did finally arrive (Monday late PM), they said the pool pump wasn't working because the pool water level was too low, and added water. Next day, still no working pump; by this time, the sediment on the pool bottom was disgusting. Contacted owner/manager again, and voiced our disappointment one more time. and again, she tried to place the blame on the previous renter. Obviously, we didn't use the pool during our stay. Pool deck was also poorly maintained, with mold/mildew growing in several locations. Owner/manager, although good at contact, didn't really correct any of the problems that were pointed out. This was a very poor VRBO experience for us. If there was a place provided for attachment, I'd post pics. showing the above mentioned complaints.

Relaxing and quiet

The house was beautiful and clean. Very nice quiet neighborhood that was close to several beaches. Only issue we had was the internet went out and Nicole had some fix it within a few hours. Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Home

My children and I LOVED staying at this home. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped, very relaxing patio & pool. The listing is accurate when it says the home is convenient to whatever you’ll need

the Publix is literally up the street and to the right lol. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!!

Amazing !!!

Property is amazing! Very pleasant experience from the moment we reserved the property to the end of the stay. Property is within minutes to the beach, close to restaurants and stores and shopping centers. House is super clean, well decorated, beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The pool area is definitely the best place to enjoy the moment and relax. Host is super helpful and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!!

Quiet Tropical Paradise

This home was perfect for my family. It is decorated nicely, well maintained and very clean. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed (bakeware, utensils, cups and dishes). The pool area is amazing. The water is just right and the outdoor furniture made it a nice spot to gather as a family. It has tropical landscape to add to the gorgeous pool view and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We hope to visit again soon!

Heaven in Cape Coral

I’ve thought of the many ways I could make this short and sweet and honestly cannot figure out how. Nichole has surpassed our expectations with her immaculate home. The communication was great! The home smelled wonderful and was so clean! Everything you needed was available! The pool was clean and felt so good! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and in a perfect location, about a minute away from Publix. The security system added a sense of safety. The bathrooms were amazing! One of the bathrooms had beautiful mermaid themed decor. LOVE it! Something that touched my heart deeply was that I accidentally cracked one of the pool chairs and I immediately told Nichole what happened. Nichole came that same day and replaced not just one, but all of them to accommodate for more comfort! Wow! Just wow! The beds felt great and the pillows were perfect! I would visit over and over again! I had a horrible experience once elsewhere which tainted my trust and hope in private rentals. Let’s just say, Nichole has completely restored all trust and hope! She is the standard of what a private rental should be like. An unforgettable experience for sure. I did not want to leave! Thank you Nichole! And this, is the short version! You are truly amazing! See you again soon!
