This is it! Welcome to relaxation! This home, newly renovated and decorated with a coastal flare is perfect for your getaway to Cape Coral. This wonderful property boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, a heated pool with waterfall feature, and a cozy lanai.
As you enter the home, you’ll find the open floor plan is bright, cheerful, and tastefully decorated to create a cozy “at home” feel.
The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows, and a blue tooth sound bar for enjoying your playlists.
Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the lanai. Step outside in the morning and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee, then later in the day lounge poolside, or bbq and enjoy a meal at the high top table that accommodates 6 people.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the gas grill in the pool area makes for an enjoyable cooking experience! The dining room has a pub style table that seats 4, and the eat in kitchen bar provides 2 more seats that can be used at the table if needed. There is a keurig coffee maker for single pods or multi cup brew.
The large master bedroom has sliding glass doors to access the lanai, and the guest bathroom has a convenient pass door to the pool area.
This home is in great proximity to restaurants, local attractions, grocery stores, and of course, the beaches! Fort Meyers Beach and the beautiful beaches of Sanibel are within 20 miles. Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach and all of the south Cape Coral amenities and activities are within 5 miles. There is a grocery store within walking distance of the house. Many Fort Meyers attractions and outlet centers are within 25 miles, or hop the Key West Express from Fort Meyers and spend a day in Key West!
The house is located in a well maintained, quiet neighborhood, where you will feel very comfortable taking a stroll any time of the day or evening.

Went with family, three kids. Good location, close to grocery shops, nice house with excellent pool facilities. Excellent communication with host, very helpfull. No problems what so ever. Would definately stay here again !

Perfect Family Getaway with a Relaxing Pool

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO rental! The house was perfect for our family, which includes kids aged 5 and 12. The pool was definitely a highlight—super clean and the perfect temperature for both relaxing and playing. The beds were comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. The home had such a cozy, homey feel, making it easy to unwind and feel right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet it was still close to all the attractions, including Fort Myers Beach. One of the best parts was that spending a day at the house, lounging by the pool, was just as enjoyable as going out to explore the area. It’s a relatively short driving distance to many attractions, such as Fort Myers Beach, the Naples Zoo, dolphin tours, and alligator jet boat tours. We highly recommend this rental for families looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like beach towels, paper products, and even pool floaties. Five stars all the way!
