The completely remodeled bedrooms (all with smart TV) with brand new king beds and mattresses and the 2 all new marble, travertine and tile tiled bathrooms with open tub and walk-in new showers, both overlooking the canal will make you feel like you are in paradise. The new large insect screened outdoor area and the beautiful large heated pool and spa area offer perfect views of the three intersecting canals that are next to the house. Beautiful 5 star property

This house has been completely remodeled and updated. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood which is great for walking but it is only 15 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool and spa area has all been beautifully redone but you must be careful as it is slippery. The canal is wide and deep with lots of fish. The property owner and property manager are both extremely responsive and very nice. I never received check in or check out instructions, but when I contacted them they responded right away. We would highly recommend this property!
