Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette superbe maison!Rose a été pleine d'attentions et est facilement joignable.La maison est trÚs confortable, trÚs bien équipée, trÚs bien décorée et trÚs propre.L'emplacement le long du canal est trÚs appréciable, au calme, et l'espace de vie extérieur est trÚs agréable et trÚs bien équipé.La piscine et le jacuzzi sont également un trÚs gros atout.Superbes couchers de soleil.Nous recommandons beaucoup cette maison!

 pool with toys and lights, fireplace for smores, outside grill/ bar area! Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kayaks !! Super clean. Fit our family of 7 with ease. Nice neighborhood to bike around. Would recommend and stay again sometime.

This house was amazing! Everything about the house was just as described. Four adults stayed here. We spent the majority of the time in the back enjoying the pool, spa, and outside living area. This was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation that my wife and I have every taken. Rose was a great host, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was amazing and we spent most of our time out by the pool, kayaking in the canal, or watching the Olympics from the hot tub! Our kids were pleasantly surprised by all the games, puzzles, and coloring supplies on hand and made good use of them all! Our host was very kind and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is amazing! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this one was by far one of the best. It had all the amenities and was very clean. It has everything we needed from bikes, to kayaks, pool, and beach stuff. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic! The owners were so easy to communicate with. Stay here! You will not regret it!

The house was clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space was perfect! We loved the hot tub, pool and enjoyed watching tv in the lanai. This was our 2nd year staying here. We loved it so much we had to come back, and even stay more nights than last year. This house is just beautiful, and the outside area is fantastic. The pool is the best, it is very clean and nice and warm. The outside area has a tv, ceiling fans, a lot of seating, and the kitchen area outside is excellent. The inside of the house has everything you could need. Every room was decorated beautifully, and everything was very clean. The master bedroom mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. There were many board/card games that were put to good use. We enjoyed that the house is in a quiet neighborhood.We would highly recommend this house and we hope to return and stay again.

Book this place! It's AMAZING. The amount of things to do here alone at the house is insane. Rose has it all covered. It's like being at home and not having to worry about a thing! Stocked beyond expectation inside to out. We were a group from 50-5yrs old and everyone had a blast. What a beautiful place. Rose you have a gem here! Thank you for having us this week. Even with the rain we had we still had plenty to do. We will be back. Loved cooking in the kitchen and the back new grill area. Beds were soooo comfy and that couch was a family fav to hang out on. I cannot say enough about this house. And the topping was the pool area. Definitely the best we have ever stayed at!

2025 Family Florida vacation

Had an excellent stay with our family! The home was very welcoming and clean! We loved the pool, lanai with outdoor kitchen with an outdoor TV. The indoor kitchen was great too!
