Split floor plan with master suite and guest bedroom on opposites sides of the home, allowing privacy for guests.



Retreat-like master suite opens through double doors off the sitting area and enjoys a view of the lanai and direct access through large sliding glass doors. Other features include a king bed, wall mounted Roku TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. The spa-like ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity, walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a relaxing jetted bathtub.



1st guest bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted Roku TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan and enjoys the same beautiful view and lanai access as the master suite, via sliding glass doors.



2nd guest bedroom has a pair of twin beds, ceiling fan and a small work desk with task chair.



Shared guest bathroom doubles as a pool bath with access from inside the home as well as the lanai, with a combination bathtub/shower.



Laundry room with complimentary washer and dryer.



All beds freshly made for your arrival with included linens; bath, pool and kitchen towels also provided.

Gulf access canal frontage waterfront has a concrete dock complete with sun loungers and a tiki bar with barstool seating. There is a captain's walk dock as well, where you may tie up a boat up to 24'. Please note, the boat lift is not for guest use.

With extensive water-ways and boat rental options, it's a water-lovers playground - whether you enjoy fishing or just a leisurely cruise along the miles of local canals, make sure to get out on the water during your time in SW Florida. A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. For the beach lover, you're a short drive to the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. Two popular waterfront fine dining and shopping districts are nearby - Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point. The southeast corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife and dining area; there are numerous parks, including a family friendly waterpark that is open seasonally and the Yacht Club Beach park which is open year round; grocery stores, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape.



This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and 16 miles from Fort Myers Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entry way, and lanai.



No pets allowed.



Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.



Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the home owner have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.



Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
