Gorgeous and modern 3 bedroom and two and a half bathroom villa in the center of Cape Coral. The house is located right on a fresh water canal with beautiful views over the water. Heated pool and spacious lanai area for a comfortable Florida vacation. Super close to popular Golf Resort Palmetto Pine.

This spacious home is over 2400 sq.ft divided between 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a game room, a separate den with a designated work/office area and a large open social area. There's plenty of space in front of the TV for the entire family as well around the dining table.

The kitchen has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed and it is en-suite with a private bathroom. The primary bedroom has a TV.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The third bedroom has a Double/Twin bunk bed.
