This condo is in the perfect location in the heart of South Cape Coral. Close to everything you need, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful quiet night in beautiful Jaycee Park or relaxing on your private lanai. Jaycee Park hosts walking paths, a playground, and BBQ stations with covered picnic tables on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. The condo is located in the quiet River Park Place complex. Amenities include a heated saltwater pool, new spa, sauna, steam room and grills available for use by tenants. This end unit condo has the luxury of extra windows for a nice cross breeze in the evenings. The unit also comes with one designated covered parking space and outdoor storage locker. The Condo has a boat slip with a 10,000lb lift capable of holding up to a 26’ boat.

A 90-day minimum rental is required and a background check through condo association is mandatory requiring the submission of SS #'s (submission directly to the association management company).

Great property

We've stayed in a number of VRBOs, and this one was the best one ever. Clean, comfortable, close to shops, etc. The kitchen was so well equipped, I (almost) didn't want to go out to eat. Mike was very responsive to any issues we had. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, would really love to stay again some day.
