Nice outdoor setting with covered area for relaxing out of the sun. The pool was nice, but not sure if the temperatures of pool or spa could be altered. I tried the thermostat for those items, but it didn’t seem to respond. It ultimately didn’t matter at least for the pool with the outside temperature. The house was a little smaller than I expected, but it was comfortable.

The house was great. The rooms and beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and patio kept us outside for much of our stay. The grill was clean as was all the kitchen appliances. The only bumpy part in our stay was the payments. This isn’t a VRBO but a trusted partner who processes its own payments. They didn’t process promptly but a quick email through the VRBO portal resolved that. All in all, we would come back!

We had a lot of fun. Plenty of room and a beautiful place. There isn't much around that is walkable, so you do have to plan to drive.

Great pool and Patio

We enjoyed Christmas week at the property. Clean, nice linens and kitchen. Spent most time in the nice hot tub and pool in the patio. Also nice gas fire on patio for the cooler evenings.

Reasonably priced with hot tub and pool

The house was as expected and the rates were reasonable during spring break travel season (mid-March). Our family enjoyed our stay, and got a lot of use out of the pool and hot tub, which were easy to use and heated up quickly! The house is also well stocked with all necessary accessories like a good blender, air fryer, Keureg, grill, beach chairs, pack-n-play, high chair. Although the interior and appliances are basic, nothing was outdated. We would stay here again.

I would give the house/property 3 stars and the two "hosts" -5. Property fit our needs and I would rent there again if I did not have to deal with the absolutely horrible communication from the two hosts I dealt with. First one (Pretty Cape) could not process the multiple credit cards I used and then overcharged us. I requested a refund for the overcharge after it showed up on my MasterCard but he continued to insist we never paid and he would need to check with his billing people. No response after that. I then received an email from something called "Swanky Vacays" with a link to a long contract. I signed off and sent it back to them with enough time for them to reach out if there were issues. I heard nothing so thought we were fine. Once we arrived for our vacation, we waited until after 4pm ET as I had not received our access code yet. Called and got Swanky Vacay's voicemail so left a message. Finally they called me back and said they can't give me a code until we pay the 86 balance due and they only take Visa. We had every card but Visa so had her try Amex which worked thank goodness. I do not recommend renting from either Pretty Cape or Swanky Vacay as this is the worst experience I have ever had when booking via VRBO. It was a terrible way to start our few days in FL.
