Villa 4Friends, modern, preferred location, heated pool, south facing

Oriented to the south you can enjoy a great water view over the wide canal.

The house has an open floor plan with plenty of space and almost 2000 sqft of living space. The living room adjoins the kitchen, which is very spacious and offers everything you need for cooking and food preparation. From the living room you can access the pool area through the large glass doors. Through the doors you enjoy the view of the water at all times. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The master bedroom with large bathroom has access to the pool area through the sliding glass door. 2 more bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Both share a great modern bathroom with shower.

The pool area is big enough for all the pool chaise longues and a lounge area. The pool can be heated to your liking and is big enough to swim some lanes. The outdoor area offers another dining area, a bar and the grill on which you can prepare great meals.

In addition to the good home furnishings you can find beach chairs, a cooler and beach equipment for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only allowed outside.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was definitely the highlight for us — clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and we felt right at home. The hosts were responsive and very friendly. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We have rented several places in Cape Coral the last few years and really liked this Villa. House was very clean and well stocked. Loved the pool area and peaceful neighborhood. View of the house from the street Is ok but once inside it was very nice and loved our month stay Would definetly recommend.

House was as advertised. Clean & well organized. Pool was great. Convenient to grocery shopping etc. Patricia, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The beds are quite firm and could use toppers. We would rent this property again.

Perfect family get-a-way!

Completely satisfied with our stay at this house! Check-in and check-out process with property manager Patricia was very easy. She was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. It is located on a nice quiet street, but within minutes to any stores/restaurants you need. Would definitely stay there again with my family!

nice quiet neighborhood

Perfect spot to get away, quiet street, at the end of the canal so no boat traffic. House is a rental so there are patched walls. the master bed frame is falling apart, and the drapes in the bedroom were broken. House could have been a little cleaner, however, I'm a clean freak and expect the tile floor under the beds to at least be dusted/vacuumed.
