Description
Villa Rosalinda is a beautiful home in one of Cape Coral’s newest and most coveted areas. This home is located on a cul-de sac lot and has beautiful water views from all living areas and bedrooms. The lot has over 180 feet of waterfront. It has a split bedroom layout, twelve foot ceilings in living areas, travertine floors throughout, Spanish-tiled roof and is surrounded by tropical palm trees. Ten foot pocket sliding glass doors lead you to the oversized lanai, pool and spa. The lanai is over 500 square feet and has a sitting area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the salt water pool and spa while taking in the beautiful views. In the evenings gaze at the bright stars as the silence engulfs you. Enjoy the tranquility of Cape Coral while being just minutes away from Fort Myers, Pine Island, and the famous beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.
Cape Coral is indeed one of Florida’s best kept secrets. Situated in the southwestern part of the state, this canal-planned city has something to offer everyone. Activities are plentiful. Golf, tennis, boating, fishing and some famous beaches are all nearby.

    My husband and I stayed here at Rosalinda for 10 days over our 39th wedding anniversary in October. It was just the two of us however the house is so spacious!!! The main suite has a very comfortable king size bed, and we slept very well. The house is beautifully decorated and had very comfortable higher end furniture. Loved the power recliners. The kitchen is every good cook’s dream! It’s very spacious with all the amenities you could want. Best part of the house is the floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up the house to the beautiful patio and pool/hot tub. We opened those doors every day and enjoyed the patio. The pool was sparkling clean and Bernie had warmed it for us before we even got there. The hot tub was wonderful as well and we used that every single night. The patio also has very comfortable loungers. You will find a couple pool floats in the deck box. The home also features a beautiful dock, and a deck where my husband fished daily and nightly. There are fishing poles in the garage and an umbrella/chairs to take to the beach. Bernie is a wonderful host and checked in with us via text multiple times to make sure everything was just perfect. He even had a bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful anniversary card waiting for us when we got to his home. We had an absolutely amazing time here and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to just chill out and relax. My husband even arranged for a poolside massage for me!!!!!! Heavenly!!

    Evening fishing from the dock-hubby caught nothing but catfish but still had fun. We did not see any other wildlife in the water other than fish.

    This was our second stay at Villa Rosalinda, it's a wonderful Villa that is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, easy check in and out, great saltwater pool, beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, Bernie is a very responsive owner. Everything is as the advertisement states. Looking forward to next year.

    Denne boligen var svært flott. Fantastisk stue og kjøkkenområde samt flotte soverom med tilhørende bad. Master badet var enormt. Bassengområdet var helt magisk med boblebad å stort basseng. Bryggen var flott å sole seg på å det var terapi å padle med kajakken på kanalen. Har leid hus i Cape Coral 2 ganger før men dette var helt fantastisk. Her kan jeg anbefale på det sterkeste å leie. Huseier var hyggelig å svarte raskt på spørsmål. Tusen takk for vi fikk leie denne drømmeboligen.

    Outdoor Retreat

    This home had everything one would need for a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The best part was the outdoor space where we spent 95% of our time. The grill area is clean, the chairs are comfortable not only at the table but the pool loungers as well. The neighbors were friendly and the burrowing owl a really welcomed visitor 😊. Mr Bernie checked in with us and responded back immediately to our questions. We would not hesitate to stay again and appreciated the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful home.
