We loved our two day stay here. We had a gorgeous view out the window and sat on the balcony for several hours every evening just enjoying the sea view and the boats going in and out of the marina. The room has AC which worked ok, wish it was cooler as it was very hot outside when we were there. Also, the B&B is located on the second floor (actually the 3rd floor to US citizens) and has no elevator. If arriving by ferry, would strongly recommend hiring the porters there to bring your luggage to the Capri Inn. They carried it all the way up the stairs for us which was great. We even arranged through the Inn to have our bags taken back to the ferry for us when we left, and they put them right on the boat for us. The breakfast delivered to our room every morning was perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive to anything asked. When we were checked in they gave us a map and an extremely helpful overview of the island and some great tips. I definitely recommend this establishment.

A truly memorable stay! The location is fantastic, with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The staff were exceptional—attentive and full of helpful advice. Access to the beach is conveniently just across the street, and there’s a bus stop right at the hotel entrance. The room amenities were quite limited. There were only two small bottles of combined shampoo and shower gel, and no complimentary drinking water. Unfortunately, our bathroom had a noticeable ant issue. Although they were removed, we did spot a few from time to time. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed every second of it.

Exceptional Place to Stay in Capri

The staff at Capri Inn was absolutely wonderful and accomodating in each and every way. Extremely nice people who made you feel at home, able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the marina and the boats. Would 10/10 recommend to a couple looking for a romantic experience of a lifetime!

This was one of the more affordable places to stay on Capri and is a few minutes walk from Marina Grande. Building does not have elevators but as we used the porter service to and from the marina this was manageable. Room was pleasantly decorated in a coastal theme and had a balcony overlooking the sea. Staff were super helpful and very welcoming. There is a rooftop terrace but we didn’t use it - drinks were available on the terrace for a reasonable price. Breakfast was included and served in room. If you are looking for a nice nearby restaurant, try Ziqu Terrace which is a flight of stairs away around the corner.

The lady/owner/manager was very friendly and communicated with me prior to check in and afterwards when I had questions regarding the ferry and luggage transport to the port. Since the hotel is located on the 2nd floor there are a lot of steps and no elevator.

Our family loved the location of the Capri Inn. Close to the marina and shops and restaurants. The people at the Inn were very nice and accommodating with our schedule with an earlier checkin and breakfast for am early checkout. The rooms were large and very clean. The balcony views of the sea, beach, downtown and marina were absolutely beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Truly Felt Like Home – Outstanding Stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their accommodating nature made me feel completely at ease—like I was staying with family rather than at a hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out was the included breakfast—absolutely amazing, on time every morning, and delicious. The view is phenomenal from every balcony. We ate breakfast there every morning. The Capri Inn is located on a high traffic (and high speed) road. There are no sidewalks as you walk to the inn and cars, motorcycles and buses fly down the road. The hostess who checked us in was wonderful and treated us with such kindness and offered us a refreshing beverage. Sadly, our room was extremely small. We could hardly move ariund in it. We didn't even have a chair. Very uncomfortable bed and the room was nit reflective of the online description. It felt like we were in a college dorm room.

Excellent hosts and great value.

Great location in an elevated position close to Marina Grande. We chose a sea view room with a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we were offered breakfast in our room. The hosts were excellent - lovely people with great attention to detail. There is also a large roof terrace with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capri Inn - great value - and would definitely return if ever we visit Capri again in the future.
