Gorgeous Captiva Villa, formerly known as Tennis Villa, features panoramic garden views, plush master quarters with Posturepedic bed, a well appointed living area with a flatscreen TV, and robust kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Corner residence overlooking pool and garden from its oversized lanai with ample seating, guests will enjoy proximity to all Captiva has to offer while also being close to downtown Captiva, full of opportunities for adventure and relaxation.



The Space:

This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden and pool features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. .



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.

Disappointing

It was thought South Seas would be a high quality stay. It was dirty everywhere I looked. I had to call property mgr several times bc instructions to enter were unclear, tv had no batteries in the remote, and just unclean overall. She was very nice, brought batteries, took filthy rug and offered to have place cleaned. I wrote her of a few of the examples of dirt and said it would disrupt my stay when it should have been cleaned already. I love Captiva, the quietness and slow pace even after the hurricanes. Disappointed in this unit.

Fantastic week in Captiva

We had a wonderful stay. Property is well maintained and central to a variety of restaurants, activities and the beach. Communication re: our stay was clear, consistent and timely throughout our planning and throughout our stay. I’d gladly recommend to family and friends (and have)!

Love the location but unit but wish kitchen was better equipped

Stayed there with my husband and son. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. My son said even the pull-out sofa was comfortable. I wish that they had more blankets available. The beds only had a sheet and thin blanket. I would have preferred a comforter or an additional blanket. Called for one but only got a thin blanket for the sofa bed. The kitchen was lacking a few things that would have been nice. There was minimal silverware and only 3 forks. I would have liked a colander and a larger fry pan. During our visit the garbage disposal was not working. Other than that everything was great.
