This luxurious 2,865 sq. ft. air-conditioned home in Carlsbad Village is ideally located just two blocks from the beach and one block from shops and restaurants. The residence features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 1/2 bathroom, including one king primary suite, two queen bedrooms, and one double-queen bedroom. Designed with an open-concept layout, the main living space includes high ceilings, a large leather seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a stacked-stone gas fireplace, with seamless flow to a private fenced yard featuring outdoor seating and a gas grill. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with travertine flooring, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and premium Thermador appliances, including a double oven, six-burner cooktop with griddle, wine refrigerator, large side-by-side refrigerator, and dishwasher. The primary suite includes a TV, fireplace, sitting area, and spa-style en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Guest bedrooms offer patio access and generous closet space. Additional features include a rooftop lookout with sunset views, a two-car garage, and provided beach gear such as boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon. Located in a family-friendly building, this home is subject to good-neighbor noise policies and is not suitable for parties.

Our stay was great. This home in the heart of Carlsbad Village is walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and most importantly the beach. It was clean and comfortable. As we are from AZ, the cool weather was a refreshing change. Our family agreed, We would love to stay there again.

Large, very comfortable house, great for our family reunion. Layout allowed us to just hang out together comfortably while allowing privacy when wanted. Carlsbad a pretty little village with tons of restaurants.

Great Property- 3rd time staying here

We LOVE this beach house and try to stay here anytime it is available. Close to everything we need and a short walk to the beach. This place is always clean and the property manager is very responsive if anything is ever needed. Highly recommend staying here and we will for years to come!

Perfect location gorgeous house

The location for our larger group was so perfect. Walking distance to the beach shops coffee and restaurants. Very clean house with plenty of space and beds. Communication with property manager was so quick and easy. Will definitely stay again.
