Very basic. I think the pricing is just getting out of hand across the board. This is in reality a 50 a night motel at best.

The rooms we’re spacious and the beds and pillows were súper comfortable. When we woke up we were within walking distance of downtown Carlsbad and were able to have breakfast after about 10 mins of walking through Carlsbads downtown!

Good place for a two-night stay, right next to Interstate 5, one of the busiest freeways in the nation, so there was incessant auto noise all day and night. Motel was kept clean inside and out, felt safe.
