Villa Hydeaway is in a private and secluded setting in its own olive grove, with a private pool and sea view from the rooftop terrace. It is situated only 1km to the nearest beach at Pantanagianni and the pretty beach side town of Santa Sabina. The ancient and beautiful town of Carovigno is only 10 minutes drive away along with the Nature reserve and unspoilt beaches of Torre Guaceto.

However the Hydeaway's location makes it also the ideal holiday villa for exploring the whole of Puglia. As it's location makes day trips to Ostuni ( 20 minutes), Polignano a Mare (40 Minutes), Alberobello (45 Minutes), Lecce (45 Minutes), Grotte di Castellano (50 Minutes), (Porto Cesareo (1 hour), and Matera (1 hour, 45 minutes) possible.

The modern villa and pool has a walled garden area with drive and ample parking. It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living area, a large veranda suitable for dining, an outdoor shower, private pool with sunbeds, a pergola covered seating area perfect for a sunny breakfast, a shady ‘Trabucco’ inspired Pergola and a rooftop terrace with built in seating to enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the Adriatic and surrounding countryside.

The spacious villa features free Wi-fi, induction hob, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor furniture including sunbeds to enjoy the 8mx4m private constant depth pool with seating.

The 3 spacious double bedrooms are all on the ground floor with views through the olive groves or the gardens.

Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, built in storage and has access to the main adjacent bathroom featuring a large walk in shower, oval sink and bidet.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, built in storage and en suite with a walk in shower and large oval sink.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, freestanding storage, a large en-suite bathroom with shower, hand held bidet facility and the washing machine. The bathroom has a ‘jack and jill’ feature and is accessible from the pool terrace. A patio glass door in the bedroom gives access to the rear garden.

The open plan kitchen is fitted with stone worktops and sink, cooker, induction hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, toastie maker and a large cupboard storing glasses, cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans for 6 people.

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and features a large L shaped sofa and arm chair, patio doors lead to the large terrace and the pool area. Also from the living room is the front door leading to the covered veranda with dining area. In addition at the side of the house, steps lead to the roof terrace with seating which affords a sea and countryside views.

WHAT TO SEE
The white city of Ostuni (20 Minutes) and the beautiful Torre Guaceto (15 minutes) and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. Torre Santa Sabina (7 minutes) and Specchiolla (7 minute) and Savelletri (28 Minutes) are two of many seaside places with many beaches, restaurants and cafés nearby.

To the south is the beautiful nature reserve Torre Guaceto by the sea. It offers an attractive escape from beach resorts as here you find unspoilt beaches and no cars allowed. The parking is at the visitor's centre and there are organised nature walks, cycle trekking and snorkelling trips.

The beautiful white town of Ostuni, located on top of a hill with fantastic sea views. The world interest sites such as the mile long caves of Castellana. The Trullo houses of Alberobello (UNESCO World heritage site). The caves of Polignano a Mare.

The famous baroque city of Lecce which is called the Florence of the South. Lecce can be reached in 40 minutes and has countless medieval churches and a great richness of architecture. In town there is also the famous Roman amphitheatre theatre which is used for music and drama performances in the open during the summer season. Lecce is a wonderful town for long walks, enjoying the fantastic atmosphere, bars, outside restaurants and, naturally, great shops.

GETTING THERE.
Brindisi is the nearest airport which is approximately 20 minutes( 25 km) drive from the Hydeaway (car hire available). Whilst Bari airport is an hour and 15 minutes drive away. Both international airports are served by Ryanair, Easyjet , BA and others.
