It was a quaint hotel and the staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room could have been cleaner. Up by the ceiling looked like cockroach droppings and the tile in the shower (floor & walls) needed scrubbing. We bought flip flops to use while showering. Also the floor where they served breakfast and the benches there needed a good cleaning. They were very accommodating at breakfast to make eggs however you’d like them. But service at the Bar in the lobby was slow. It was faster to go down the street for coffee than get it in the hotel lobby. Also it was very loud in the room at night coming from the top floor. But they did provide ear plugs by the bed. You could also hear activity from the floor above and next to our room. It was a nice hotel with a great location but needed cleaned up.

I wanted to love this hotel at least based on the photos however, my stay was ruined on the first day by bed bugs. We shared our discovery with the front desk and the only recourse was a bed sheet change. We never heard from the Manager after leaving several messages with front desk staff, Expedia emails sent and WhatsApp messages. We spent more time outside of room than intended, never a moment to relax during the day or sleep in peace. To make matters worse, housekeeping on several occasions did not replenish the room with clean towels or toilet paper. We had to visit the front desk 3+ times to ask for those items. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or stay here again.

Very friendly and amazing staff Checked in late at night and the street was closed to traffic. Had to walk with luggage to find the hotel. At night very sketchy neiborhood. During the day it looked ok. Room had a stuffy and musty smell

The hotel is in a prime location, clean and modern room, friendly staff, and received a welcome fruit dish which is a nice touch. There was construction of some sort happening at around 7 am so that was bothersome and made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is included which is nice but was underwhelming so if you want to be full, I’d go elsewhere. Otherwise, it can be a quick meal.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. The only thing is I found a dead bug in the bed on the first day. Also they were very strict in terms of guests. I was not able to even let my friend upstairs to grab something without paying an additional fee, mind you after I already paid $1000+ for the room. Also due to an issue with the expedia reservation that I made for THREE adults, on the hotels end it only showed a reservation for one. I was then forced to pay an additional fee to have my other guest on my trip to stay in the hotel. It felt like I was being scammed out of more money. Other than those hiccups, the staff was amazing and so accommodating. They were so kind and helpful. The free breakfast was amazing every morning and the restaurant on the 5th floor was 10/10. I loved it! I just wish they were not so strict and money hungry.
