The room was beautiful and very spacious. The only thing is I found a dead bug in the bed on the first day. Also they were very strict in terms of guests. I was not able to even let my friend upstairs to grab something without paying an additional fee, mind you after I already paid $1000+ for the room. Also due to an issue with the expedia reservation that I made for THREE adults, on the hotels end it only showed a reservation for one. I was then forced to pay an additional fee to have my other guest on my trip to stay in the hotel. It felt like I was being scammed out of more money. Other than those hiccups, the staff was amazing and so accommodating. They were so kind and helpful. The free breakfast was amazing every morning and the restaurant on the 5th floor was 10/10. I loved it! I just wish they were not so strict and money hungry.

Not at all a good experience! The room was the size of a shoe box and had a terrible odor. The manager was unprofessional and condescending. My Expedia Silver status was not honored, so no bottle of wine and no 20% discount on food. Don’t waste your money on this property.
