It was really good and the staff was nice but the only problem I had was that the sheets and blanket were itchy. I’m not sure if it was just me or if it was the chemicals that were in the detergent they used but that was a first for me.

The Continental Breakfast was a solid 7/10. Customer service was a solid 8/10. This is not the Waldorf Astoria, but still a very good choice.

Our room was clean, but the rooms and hallways need updating like the breakfast area has been done!! Someone got stuck in one elevator and the fire department was called to get them out while we were there. Maybe a thorough check of elevator mechanics!! The outside in back is very dirty. Lots of trash by the parking area. Also, the breakfast could have more fruit and healthy breads and cereal choices.

Hotel management definitely needs to replace cracked tiles by the elevators. The grout in the bathroom floor of my room was gone to the point where you could feel the gaps between the tiles. Trash was overflowing in the trashcans on the third floor in the hallway and by the elevator for two days even though there were housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms.

The bathroom was not fully cleaned. There was Tylenol pill on the floor behind the toilet that had been there for a while and hair on the floor when we checked in. The ceiling you can tell has had a water leak. The room also sounds like you always hear the air units on the roof running.
