This hotel was filthy. The showers were crumbling apart and covered in mildew and mold. The carpet was dirty and threadbare. The ac unit was broken and covered in dust. There were literal patches of wall unpainted and spackled over. The hotel smelled absolutely terrible. I have stayed in rough hotels before but this was beyond gross. I would like for someone from hotels.com to address this with me please.

This hotel is ok- clean enough, safe enough, affordable enough. Floors are a bit unlevel which is strange but didn't ultimately affect my stay. Fitness center was the only downside. Only 3 pieces of equipment- 2 treadmills, 1 worked..until the 2nd one stopped working too after 30 mins.

The night staff was not helpful at all. We had an issue with the internet and tv and he stated “ I only work at night ma’am I don’t k ow anything about the tv or internet!” He was not friendly other than to he was on his phone with. The room was not clean & the bathroom pipes were clogged with hair. My wife is a front office manager in hospitality and I have a background in it as well, so these conditions are not ok!

The staff was very nice. We came in late and he was really great about getting us checked in quickly. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was small but good.

The hotel rooms were not cleaned to the level we are accustomed. Spots/grime on floors & debris in bathrooms. Also fridge was not wiped clean with stems from fruit from previous guests. Carpets in hallways were not vacuumed. We stayed one night because we got in late. Switched to another hotel for the next nights stay. Staff was nice & understanding.
