Cleanliness/fumigation not done properly found many cockroaches In bathroom when asked for the spray receptionist said you buy. Internet was not working properly complained many time at last I went to reception and stayed there and fixed the issue. Breakfast was same both days.

The room was great, had an entire kitchen but the cabinets were completely empty. No plates, silverware, pots, pans….nothing? Wonder why have a full kitchen you don’t provide the other accessories. Other than that the hotel room was nice, freshly updated.

The price that we paid for, I felt it was not worth it. The room was Ok, the location was OK - not that convenient to big sites like the united nations square and the hassan 2 mosque. Breakfast was also OK nothing great.

The hotel was clean and good. I liked everything except the checkout. I didn't like how they tricked me into buying the complimentary stuff and asking me to pay for it. Moreover, they delayed my check-out almost an hour just to verify those items. I was worried I might miss the flight. There were items with price tags and those without, so we thought they were complimentary. Moreover, I couldn't eat them and left them there only because they were not good.
