Villa Bouganvillea has a spacious living room with a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens, as do the “Glicine” cottage and Casa Siliba, which have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; The houses are adjacent but have separate entrances, and each features a spacious outdoor area. The rooms are spacious, cool, and functional, with a large living room, kitchenette, storage room, two bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, and a barbecue. The garden features shaded areas with lounge chairs, as well as tables and chairs for lunches and dinners with friends and family.
The villas are nestled among centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, rich with the scents of the wild.
The homes are located in a private gated community where only residents’ vehicles are allowed, so noise around the homes is kept to a minimum.
The setting is ideal for a completely relaxing vacation with friends, family—including seniors and children. Villa Bouganvillea is nestled in lush greenery and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, 300 meters from the crystal-clear, emerald-colored sea of Cala Sinzias, featuring a beautiful beach of fine sand adjacent to a cool pine forest—making the area ideal for children. Nearby are other small sandy and rocky beaches, including Lo Scoglio di Peppino, Monte Turnu, Punta Molentis, Cala Pira, Sant’Elmo, Costa Rei, Porto Corallo, and Muravera, along with beach equipment and boats for rent; a riding stable, tennis courts, and golf courses 8 km away, the nearby port of Villasimius, and the Minni Minni Forest.
Villa Bouganvillea features spacious and well-equipped rooms; it is cool and functional, with a barbecue and an outdoor shower. It has a large outdoor area paved with Sardinian stone, where children can play and where 3–4 cars can be parked; there are also flower beds with plants and flowers. There is a lovely covered patio furnished with a table and chairs, plus lounge chairs for relaxing. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Pets are allowed, subject to prior agreement with the owner.
The villas are located 300 meters from the emerald-colored sea of Cala Sinzias, which features a beautiful beach of very fine sand adjacent to a cool pine forest. Nearby, there are other small sandy and rocky beaches.
Nearby, there are DiVING centers where you can rent water sports equipment and boats with storage facilities, as well as the port of Villasimius. There are also shops, pizzerias, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
To make a reservation, a 30% deposit is required; the balance must be paid 30 days before arrival at Cala Sinzias, along with an advance payment of €80 for end-of-stay cleaning.
Please note that electricity costs are not included in the rental price but must be paid on site based on meter readings taken upon guests’ arrival and departure.
A damage deposit of €200 is required, refundable upon departure after deducting electricity costs.
