The motel was conveniently located between downtown Rossland and Red Mountain resort. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. The hot tub was attractive and well-maintained, although it could have been hotter. The continental breakfast was adequate.

Rooms are small in size, especially rooms with two beds. Rooms are clean with comfotable beds. All staff are very helpful and courteous. Continental breakfast is small (Toast, muffins, yogurt) could use more selection. Only minor issue was we requested our room to be tidied on two occasions and it was not done. They have a small housekeeping crew that perhaps doesnèt have the time they need to get to all the requests. It was no problem getting clean towels, soap, cups, etc replace by the front deask so we made do.

The room was not clean and fell well below expectations. There was dust on the side table and in the shower nook, hair in the bathroom corners, soap scum on the shower walls, and a stained, foul-smelling shower curtain that appeared not to have been laundered. The kitchen walls were also dirty. The towels smelled old and stale, and the room had a strong old-carpet odor, likely due to the age of the building. When we went to the front desk the next day to raise our concerns, no staff were present. We stayed for two nights and did not receive housekeeping service on the second day. For the price charged, spending an additional $20–30 would get a much cleaner room and significantly better service at a larger hotel chain.

Comfortable room and bed for this guy flying solo to ski Red Mountain. The lifts are about 10 minutes up the road … so this location is perfect.

Bedroom so small we had to climb to the end of the bed to get out it. Colony of sting bugs at our doorstep not swept. Room never cleaned nor beds made during our two day stay.
