Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site and a gas grill. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.
A well behaved dog is welcome. Must be friendly toward children and other dogs.

This was the perfect spot for our trip to the Boats on the Boardwalk boat show. Our host Cameron was super friendly and helpful and the RV was spotless as was the stand alone bath in the pole barn!!! We’re going to book again for next year!

This place was an excellent choice. The host was so friendly and quick to respond if you need anything or have any questions. The place is so clean and the property was so relaxing. It was extremely easy to find. I wish we had had more time to stay there. We will definitely stay there again if we make it back up that way. Squeaky clean luxury motor home in a beautiful private setting. The bonus room with separate bathroom was especially nice to have. The location is very rural but was perfect for us as it is about halfway between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes Natl Park. We really enjoyed our time at this property!

Relaxing Getaway

Cameron and his family were very accommodating and friendly. The property was quiet and peaceful, would highly recommend to anyone. He had a guide book of all the hot spots to check out in the area. There were a great amount of amenities.

Great alternative!

We found staying in the RV was a great alternative to other options available. Having access to a washer and dryer was a plus. The location gave us easy access to many of the local attractions. If in the area again, we’d definitely reserve again.

Exceeded all Expectations

The property is beautiful, and the combination of RV and guest room (including a full-size shower) provided plenty of space for three adults and two large dogs. We also appreciate how dog-friendly our hosts were. Highly recommended!
