First I must say this place doesn't have a lobby so the picture on Expedia of a lobby is a sham.They have a cleaner that doesn't do a good job I always have to come and clean the counters myself.No coffee maker i ask for a plastic spoon one time attendant said they have no spoons. The shower is a little tricky to operate i always have a hard time figuring out where the hot water is but it works, no breakfast.

the building was old, but clean and the guy at the desk was willing to answer any questions. I was a little noisy as I stayed during the infamous blizzard, so lots of people coming and going. For the great price I was more then satisfied.

The staff was very rude and not welcoming myself and family. I had to stay an extended time due moving arrangements and work assignment. Every time I paid my room charges there was an extra fee and I was forced to pay and the staff was rude about it. The first room given to me wasn’t clean and the tube was dirty and unclean. House keeping was horrible!
