Hotel was very clean, staff is very nice and accommodating, my room was very clean. But my bed and the pull out bed were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. My king bed was very hard, and my daughter complained about feeling the mattress springs in the pull out, she slept on the couch as a regular couch. Other then that we did not have any issues with this hotel.

The jacuzzi was not clean we couldn’t use and the motor was going bad so it was extremely loud and obnoxious.. waisted the extra money for the room to include the jacuzzi.. booked the room for my girlfriends birthday so it was very disappointing!

Country Inn & Suites Huntersville was the cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed at. The folks at the front desk were very friendly. We got the room with the jet tub and pull out sofa bed, but due to my son's sensory issues, we had to request to switch rooms in the middle of the night so that we could get sleep (no fault of the hotels). The lady at the front desk was so kind and understanding and had no issues helping us. The next morning, the gentleman at the front desk checked on us to make sure that we were good and had everything that we needed. The location is great and there are so many places to eat and check out that are close. The pool area was clean and warm! They also had a fire pit out on the patio. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

The staff here was extremely accommodating and kind. The rooms were clean. The only thing that I would suggest is repairing cosmetic damage like dents in walls, painting, etc., it would increase the overall charm of the hotel. Don’t mind me, I’m picky. But it’s a beautiful property overall. Cleanliness and customer service is definitely a thing for me. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I cannot provide feedback on that. As someone who usually stay at Hilton properties, the cleanliness was very comparable. I would definitely stay here again.

The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet so when I called the front desk and she assured me the problem would be fixed, we unpacked and left to visit family. We got back 5 hours later and the problem was not fixed (rm 309) I went to the front desk and there was a different woman who informed me that there isn't a maintenance person at the property and that one comes once a week to address problems. We were moved to room 321 which required us to repack our stuff and move down the hallway. That room was fine but the handle on the toilet was fixed in the down position and was difficult to flush. The property looks fine from the outside but is run down and old on the inside. Will never stay there again. As far as the issue at hand, we had to leave on Sunday for a family emergency and asked that The manager contact us who was never on the property during our stay. My wife was contacted and he told her she was a liar that he had put people back in that room and they hadn't complained. And he said the only way we could get a refund was to contact Expedia but I didn't pay Expedia I paid the hotel. Eventually we got the money for the day we didn't stay back on our American Express card.

It was okay but nothing to write home about. Amenities were fair, breakfast poor compared to other places I’ve stayed. You should have handicap toilets installed in the handicap rooms.
