Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): This spacious primary bedroom serves as the main retreat on the main level, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed for ultimate comfort. It includes a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Attached via a single door is a versatile back bedroom, ideal for families, with cozy bunk beds (two twins) and an additional trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping options for children or extra guests.
Bedroom 2: A comfortable and accommodating space on the main level, equipped with a king-sized bed and additional bunk beds (two twins) for multi-generational stays or groups. The private ensuite bathroom ensures ease and seclusion, making it a practical choice for relaxation.
Bedroom 3: This inviting room on the main level combines a king-sized bed with loft-style bunk beds, offering a fun and efficient layout for shared occupancy. The attached ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury, creating a cozy yet functional haven for rest.

Lower Level Bedrooms

Lake Levels: Duke Power manages water levels on Lake Norman. No specific water depth at the property or dock can be guaranteed.
Booking and Cancellation: EVOKE LUXURY PROPERTIES reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete the contract process. This is a beautiful property with privacy from the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very clean and everything was in great working condition. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We used it for a work retreat. The main living room was perfect for our work sessions during the day. The living room couch was huge and very comfortable to sit on while we collaborated on our work projects. Thank you for being a great host!

House as advertised, spacious with lots of sleeping options, plenty of different areas for large groups to really spread out and enjoy. Very clean. Lake view is stunning. Host was attentive and responsive, but we had no issues.

Loved it!

Beautiful property, plenty of space for everyone. We loved the outdoor patio and deck which gave us a great view of the lake. The tram is awesome, so nice not to have to lug coolers and everything down a large flight of steps to get to the dock. Of note, we did rent a boat during our stay however multiple local rental companies expressed concern about leaving a boat overnight at the dock as there is potential for the boat to bang up against the dock and get damaged. This did not prevent the companies from renting to us, just a risk of additional fees if the boat were to be damaged. This would not prevent us from renting this beautiful home again but might be important for some people to know.
