It was a great hotel to stay out for a couple days. The Staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved that there were dining options around the banking district area and I felt safe the whole time I was there.

Nice property. They are good walking distance from a lot of things. I would def make sure you go to a store to stock up on snacks/drinks because no convenience stores are open late night

Everything was great except for the fact that all my actual birthday night when I came home from work, I mean not home but to the hotel there was nowhere to park so I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot because I had nowhere else to park and I was told I was gonna receive a refund for that and I never did

Majority of staff was seemingly indifferent to needs and wants and not knowledgeable about questions about local area. Did not like the fact that I purchased Insurance in the event plans changed and they did with 2 of the people traveling with us as they had to leave a day early. Hotel couldn't help, Expedia couldn't help and Insurance rep said on two occasions they'd ask hotel to assist. Nothing. Did learn that I only needed the other room for 2 nights instead of three until 2 days prior to traveling.

Convenient and close to just about everything

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Room was facing downtown (cool view), but it also got loud when people decided to speed by the NASCAR museum. Also the in-room fan was excessively loud, so I just turned it off.
