I would like to lead with how amazing the staff was! Very accommodating and welcoming. My son left his jacket in the close out after check out. We were already at the airport when we noticed. We called the hotel and they helped us navigate the process of purchasing a shipping label to have it returned. They went above and beyond what was required. The facilities are awesome and the location is unmatched. I will only stay here when I return to Charlotte.

Guest desk services were very welcoming. The hotel restaurant staff were amazing, courteous and helpful! Housekeeping attended to our needs. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and the hotel was in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.

We were in town for a show. Due to stub hub we were unable to see it but the staff made great suggestions. They were very personable and made our stay enjoyable. Their food was amazing!

The staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were in town to see the production of Wicked and this hotel was an easy walk from the theatre so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

First time Charlotte visitors

My friends and I booked this hotel for the weekend for a football game. Very nice accommodations, and we were in a location that was in walking distance to entertainment and food. We'd definitely stay here again.

Strange room design with sink outside of bathroom

Did not like the setup of our room..We had the junior suite with bed and fold out couch.Bathroon was tiny door barely missed toilet when opening and the sink on the outside of the bathroom was wierd.Just a strange design of the room.Crazy that breakfast was 21 dollars so we definitely didnt have breakfast.Also getting to hotel was a total pain.

I like the design and cleanliness of our room and the hotel but the A/C unit was noisy and there was too much noise coming from the streets. I didn’t sleep well at all. All through the night I could hear loud car and truck traffic driving down the street by the hotel.
