Great house, great location

House was large for the whole family to celebrate my daughter graduation. Additionally we went to the Knights baseball game and it was so close to the stadium. House was clean, had all essentials and the owner was easy to talk to and very responsive.

Nice House in Charlotte

House was very nice and well located. Had a get together with 3 other friends from college to go disc golfing and play board games. Worked very well for that. Numerous close by restaurants. Great time.

Family group of 9 traveling for our niece’s wedding. This location is perfect. 1.5 miles to downtown. Walking distance to fun restaurants and shops. Adorable neighborhood. This spacious home is gorgeous! Everything you’ll need and love the artwork!

Perfect Getaway

Great location and perfect house to host 4-5 people very comfortably. Really enjoyed the home and the firepit was great as well. The weekend was very enjoyable and working with Patrick was extremely easy.

Big, beautiful house as advertised

This house was perfectly located in a very walkable neighborhood. We didn’t need a rental car and really enjoyed the access to restaurants and breweries. We did have some trouble with the code working, but the host was instantly responsive and immediately came over to help. Would definitely stay again!

Nice House in Quiet Neighborhood

This 4 bedroom house is ideal for a family or close friends. It has one beautiful master suite and one shared full bathroom for the three bedrooms. The first floor kitchen, living room and dining room are so elegant and nicely laid out. Our favorite aspect of this house is close proximity to south end all the vibrancy of Charlotte.

Great location and host communication

The location of the house was great! We were able to walk to plenty of places. Overall the house was clean and worked perfectly for all of us. The fridge did stop working during our stay but Patrick was quick to respond, provide a temporary solution and get service in to fix. Would definitely return!

concert weekend

Great Host, location and plenty of room, in a beautiful home. We were down for the weekend for a concert at the Bank of America super close for us to get there and cute little bars and brewery we could walk to. Highly recommend

Weekend Wedding Stay

We stayed at the home with 7 adult friends attending a wedding in south end. The house was within walking distance to almost every place or a short Uber ride. We very comfortably slept and had an extra bed if your group is willing to share rooms. The house was very nice and has a great living room and kitchen for spending time together with the group.

Perfect location

The house was in perfect location for us! We were here for a wedding with adult family. The venues were within a mile. House is spacious and beds are comfortable. House stocked well except for kitchen towels and soap in showers-there was body wash however. I would say the couch was stained as well as the ottoman. Other than that , house was clean.

Fun Brothers Get Together

My 60yr+ old brothers and my nephew met in Charlotte for an annual reunion. Played golf 2 days, and explored area. House is in the cool South End area of Charlotte, real close to tons of restaurants and brew pubs, etc. Great location. Enjoyed our stay, and all 4 got our own bedrooms, so very comfortable. Highly recommend to those wanting to walk to fun, good food, and great brews !
