The inside of the hotel had no air conditioning except for the portable units in the rooms. My room didn’t cool off for many hours. The interiors were so old I couldn’t believe it. The front desk lady was extremely nice! The area was very sketchy too. It looked so good on their website.

This was my first stay at this property. It’s a hidden gem in its own way. Javier was a great help at check in. All staff I encountered were friendly. The exterior is nice, but the rooms need some updating and attention to upkeep. Numerous things a good handyman or contractor could handle. Loved the lay out of my king suite, but decor is somewhat dated. Even with that, the room was nice. The bathroom had a peculiar smell. The bed was super comfy. Honestly, I would return. But better maintenance would make this top notch and attract more folks.

Quick trip for Charlotte FC match

Spacious room with a kitchenette and sitting area with TV. Hotel is a short walk from the train providing easy access to BoA Stadium. Several restaurant and brewery options within a couple miles. Free parking and clean. Coffee is available but no breakfast.

The hotel was not in a safe neighborhood. There were shifty people walking outside the hotel at 1:30 am. It made us extremely nervous being from out of town and just stopping by to have somewhere to sleep while traveling. We had no idea that it was a bad neighborhood. The front desk girl assured us the hotel was safe and had security, although the only other people we saw was an old woman, who was her mom, and scary individuals wandering around the hotel late.The hotel looked worn down once we got off the elevator. There were things missing, locks hanging of the doors, and the largest cockroach was in the hallway. We left about as soon as we got to our room. The only positive was the front desk girl, she was kind and welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling.
