The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the hotel itself is clean with signs of recent renovations. However, the location leaves a lot to be desired—it's extremely congested and not walkable at all. Noise was a major issue. The walls are paper-thin; I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and outside. Around 2 a.m., there was loud construction coming from the back lot. An hour later, I overheard what sounded like a domestic dispute that went on for nearly an hour and felt potentially dangerous. We debated calling 911, unsure if someone was in real danger. The hotel never intervened. It sounded like the shouting and door-slamming were moving through the halls, though it seemed to be coming from a different floor. Overall, it was an unsettling night.

Good for the price

Staff was friendly. Furniture mostly in good shape, but desk was broken in a couple of places. Service, we did not have any bath towels, called front desk left message did not get towels. Room 312. Curtains had holes in them and light by sink was pulled out of wall a small bit.

Everything was great except the neighbor knocking on our door at 3-4am. But the staff was amazing, property clean. Great location for the Spectrum Center. Saw Stevie Nicks, was also a great show!!

The hotel and staff were great, friendly very accommodating. Other than guests allowing their doors to slam while entering and exiting their rooms and the 3:00 am dumpster slamming by the sanitation company in the alley behind the property. I realize these are elements out of 315’s control. I would highly recommend 315 to everyone and I will be back when I’m passing through the area. Thank you

It was a nice suite with a small kitchen all veey clean. The only issue we saw was that each room has a separate portsble air conditioner and it makes a lot of noise. It qoek me up several times and we had to wake up really early to go to the airport. Staff was extremely nice. Nice coffee and tea 24 hours downstairs.
