Tam has really done a great job with the apartment -- soft linens, soft towels, good hairdryer, good TV, etc. The apartment building itself is meh, and the water pressure in the shower isn't great. But of course neither of those is Tam's fault. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for 1-2 people, listing title is spot-on!

I stayed here when in town for work. The neighborhood has several dining options within just a few blocks, it is close to the Blue Line to get downtown, and the host is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Charlotte.

Perfect Location

Very nice condo in the perfect location, easily walk to restaurants, shops, bars and a couple of breweries! Condo had more than enough room for 2 and the bed mattress was very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay in NODA.

This space is in the best location. Walk to everything. Comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay again. Is technically a studio, but space is ample.

It was very close to the Blue Line going to Charlotte (10 minute walk)There were many restaurant options within walking distance. My husband and I were in town for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The owner was communicative and provided thorough check in and out procedures. The neighborhood was an absolute bonus to our stay with just about anything you would need within walking distance or a short drive.
